TYPHOON CI MODULE

Introduction

The Typhoon CI Module designed for DVB

receiver cards with an 80-pin expansion port. The

CI Module can be used with a Common Access

Module (CAM) including a key card from a

provider of encrypted TV programming.

The CI Module supports 3.3 Volt as well as 5 Volt

CAMs with appropriate voltage being selected

automatically. The module can either be inserted

in a PCI slot or an external 3.5" drive bay.
